SOUND HORIZONS
It’s relatively easy to stop, eyes closed, and allow time for my sound-horizon to expand like a huge magic bubble, with me, ever so pleased, at its center.
It’s less easy, but still surprisingly enjoyable, to do the same, deploying my sense of smell.
Expansive sight is the hardest, because my eyes are a forward extension of my brain. And for reasons of basic survival, the brain has to keep up a distracting dialogue with the insistent voice of the ego. But expansive sight brings rewards of great riches!
