There are places of timeless clarity, worlds of untramelled and intense unselfconscious beauty, millions and trillions of them.

They are rocky bodies, large or not large, in orbit around parent stars throughout the galaxies of Universe.

I meditate with trembling daring and respect on the myriad places hallowed by the intervention of nothing more disturbing than starlight.

To me these are a source of joy and an open channel to meditation on peace so pure, it is almost as painful as love itself
